We would like to extend a warm welcome to the swimmers and their families who have decided to make All Saints Swim Club their home for the 2017/2018 season.
We have a reputation for being a warm and welcoming club where children can have fun and make a range of friends from across a number of age groups. The club however is not just for the swimmers as it has proved an amazing place to make new friends for the parents as well. There are many opportunities to expand your horizons as we need parents to assist with the running of club nights. This may be in the form of time keeping, assisting in the canteen or on the entry door. All of these easy jobs give you the opportunity to work alongside and meet new people while watching swimmers try hard to improve their personal best times.
Our coaches, Ken and Michelle Sabotic always have the swimmers best interest at heart and as children want to improve strokes and times they are happy to assist by placing swimmers in suitable squads according to their ability.
We promote sportsmanship whilst encouraging all swimmers to be the best they can through hard work and commitment.
We have been blessed in the past to have some amazing athletes within the club and as they grow and mature we look for them to be leaders within our club for many of the younger ones to look up to. Amongst our ranks of older swimmers we are lucky to have regional, state and national swimmers all of whom are happy to assist you by answering any questions you or your child may have.
Be sure to collect your newsletter each week to keep up with upcoming events and carnivals as well as following us on our website and on our Facebook page.
Our website is the source of all information you will require throughout the year with all important dates on display now to make planning of hectic lives that little bit easier.
This year we will be retaining our club champion’s trophy which rewards swimmers for attendance and continued improvement and is a trophy within every swimmers reach.
I hope you enjoy your time within the club and I look forward to meeting you all throughout the season.
